Early bird special expires April 1st including for those registered but not yet paid.

According to the CDC, more than 100 million adults in the US are living with diabetes or pre-diabetes. Did you know that fasting glucose levels should be in the range of 75-85 for optimal health? If these test numbers are regularly higher you might be experiencing pre-diabetes or insulin resistance which is inhibiting your ability to lose weight and manage inflammation and pain.

This class will look to empower people into learning how to optimize their blood sugar levels, lose weight and reduce side effects from having high blood sugar levels. Learn what foods, herbs, supplements and blood work can empower yourself to optimal health. In addition, learn how a simple glucometer may support your weight loss goals and lessen the chances of becoming diabetic.
