  • Two Guided Tapping Sessions: Participate in guided sessions focused on stress and anxiety, helping you feel calmer, lighter, and more grounded.

  • Identify Emotional Triggers: Discover common stress patterns and emotional triggers that may be contributing to anxiety, and learn how to begin releasing them.
