While we can’t turn back time, we all experience changes in our skin, energy, and emotions as we move through peri-menopause, menopause, and post-menopause. Drawing on over 30 years as an Aromatic Specialist, Vicki will introduce some of her top essential and carrier oils—valuable additions to your wellness “toolbox” as you navigate this sacred stage of life.

We will explore:

• Essential oils and carrier oils for the maturing skin

• Essential oils for Stress/Anxiety/Sleep

• Essential oils for energizing

Handouts will be provided.

***We provide a LIVESTREAM option for this class for those unable to attend in person. The session will be broadcast live via Zoom during the class time. Participants who choose the livestream option will receive a link and handout prior to the class. A recording of the session will be accessible for 7 days afterward. Please note: Livestream participants will not be eligible for in-class raffles or other offerings.
