Learn how to stay cool and hydrated all summer long!
Staying hydrated includes more than just drinking water; we must actively seek proper mineral and electrolyte content. Having balanced electrolytes allows for each and every cell to efficiently absorb nourishment and release toxicity which is vital for our overall well-being. Low and impaired electrolytes can lead to dehydration which can cause devastating short or/and long-term effects on the body.
Some signs of low electrolytes & dehydration:
Headaches, joint pain, and nerve pain
Tiredness, dizziness, disoriented, and poor cognitive issues, like confusion
Long-term deficiencies are linked to autoimmunity, detox issues, and cell damage
The dangers of acute dehydration:
Permanent damage to cells & the brain
Coma or even death!
In this class, we will go over:
Herbs and food that support the body’s ability to cool down
Easy & yummy ways to keep up mineral and electrolyte intake.
Signs to watch out for and when to seek help.
Experience the Yogi cooling breath, as well as cooling & hydrating teas & tasty snacks.
