Presented by:
Natalija M. Kyle - Clinical Herbalist, Holistic Healthcare Practitioner

Also offered LIVE STREAMED with access to the recording for 7 days.

Learn how to stay cool and hydrated all summer long!

In this class we will go over herbs and food tips for supporting the body’s ability to cool down while  keeping up mineral and electrolyte intake.

Staying hydrated includes more than just drinking plain water, we must actively seek proper mineral and  electrolyte content. Having balanced electrolytes allow for each and every cell to efficiently absorb nourishment and release toxicity which is vital for our overall well being. Low and impaired electrolytes  can lead to dehydration which can cause devastating short or/and long term effects on the body.  As for minerals (which include those incredible electrolytes), they are the deep bases for every proper  function of the physical and mental bodies. WOW! That’s amazing.

We will also experience a Yogi cooling breath, as well as cooling and hydrating teas and snacks.

We are now offering a LIVESTREAM option for this class for those who cannot attend in person. This will be broadcast over Zoom at the time of the class. Link and handout will be sent out before the class for those who sign up for the live stream option. A recording of the class will be available for 7 days. *Note: Livestream participants will not qualify for in-class raffles or other in-class offerings.
