Come join Vicki and Brittney for an All-Day Essential Oil Experience. Explore in detail over 30 different essential oils including precious oils. You will create and bring home your four blends with recipe cards and handouts. Proper dilution, safety, and contraindications of essential oils will be discussed.
Four Systems will be covered in detail and for specific uses of essential oils.
Skin ~ essential oils for dry, oily or aging skin; psoriasis; eczema; rosacea
Pain/Inflammation ~ muscle pain, sciatica, nerve pain, trauma inflammation
Stress/Anxiety ~ uplift the spirits, reduce anxiety/overwhelm, anti-stress
Energy/Vitality ~ focus, concentration, energy, vitality
You will create and bring home your own unique blend for each system:
• Skin Oil Serum
• Pain Gel
• Stress-Reducing Roller Ball
• Energy (pure essential oil blend) for Diffuser
This workshop includes all four the essential oil blends you created and detailed handouts.
