In this class, you’ll learn how to use food and herbs to help support memory, focus, and cognition, while increasing your overall brain power.
What You Will Learn:
The Brain and the Nervous System: Learn the basics of the brain’s structure and the functions of the nervous and digestive systems.
The Gut-Brain Connection: Understand the important connection between the gut microbiome and the brain’s function, including how inflammation plays a role in brain fog.
Herbs and Foods to Support Brain Function: Discover herbs and foods that have been proven to decrease inflammation and improve cognition in the brain.
Handouts will be provided.
**We provide a LIVESTREAM option for this class for those unable to attend in person. The session will be broadcast live via Zoom during the class time. Participants who choose the livestream option will receive a link and handout prior to the class. A recording of the session will be accessible for 7 days afterward. Please note: Livestream participants will not be eligible for in-class raffles or other offerings.
