Reiki is an ancient Japanese art of hands-on healing. It is a spiritual practice that follows the energy systems of the body, triggering the innate wisdom within the mind, body, and spirit. This allows for deep, profound awareness and healing, and creates a space of restored balance and alignment. It soothes and relaxes tensions as well as emotions.      

This is a very self-transformative class and a process that will last for 21 days. 

Reiki 1 includes: 

• Introduction and history of Usui Reiki. Talk about Tibetan and Shamanic Reiki 

• Channel opening attunements: Each attunement opens up deeper channels of connection to source energy as well as utilizing the self as a conduit of divine healing.  

• Learn about the 4 bodies (spiritual, mental, emotional, physical), 4 elements (air, water, earth, air) and the Chakra system and how they impact our daily life.  

• How to create ceremony and a sacred space to find the tools that will help you along on your healing journey.  

• Go in-depth about self-care, self-healing and how to tap into the wisdom of your wounds. Learn how to listen to your body and connect to your intuition as a guide. It is vital that we learn to navigate our own wounds before we guide others to do so. 

• Techniques on setting up your daily self-care Reiki sessions 

• An in-depth manual 

• 21 days of daily support with long-distance Reiki from Natalija and unlimited email support. With a final check and closure at the end of 21 days.  

Natalija was attuned to her first Reiki, through the lineage line of Dr Usui, in 2007. She spent the next 6.5  years deeply healing and connecting to the powers of this old medicine. Through those years she continued to advance through Reiki 2 and 3 (Tibetan Masters) and finally completed her Shamanic Reiki teacher certification at the end of 2013. Although the gift of Reiki was a stepping stone to her hands-on healing, Natalija has personalized and gathered many spiritual and holistic tools over the years.
